A limited number of herb samples will be available for participants in the Organoleptic workshop. These samples will include all of the herbs covered in the workshop and each species will have a number of individual samples so that participants can analyze sensory information between herbs of different sources. The sources will be revealed at the end of the workshop to remove any bias from the analysis.

Samples will be shipped to your address ahead of the workshop. Please provide the mailing address where you would like to have them sent. The samples fee covers the cost for purchasing and consolidating the herb material and the shipping costs to you.
